TaSUBa (Taasisi ya Sanaa na Utamaduni Bagamoyo), also known as the Bagamoyo Arts and Cultural Institute, is a semi-autonomous Tanzanian government executive agency based in Bagamoyo, Pwani, providing training, research and consultancy in the performing and visual arts. Established on 2 November 2007 under Government Notice No. 220 (Executive Agencies Act No. 30 of 1997), it succeeded the former Bagamoyo College of Arts (Chuo cha Sanaa Bagamoyo). It is regarded as a centre of excellence in East Africa for performing and fine arts training and hosts the annual Bagamoyo International Festival of Arts and Culture.
