By accessing or using Fursa ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. What Fursa Provides

Fursa acts as a job discovery platform. We collect, verify, and display information about active vacancies in Tanzania:

• Fursa is not a recruitment agency and does not act as an employer.
• We do not guarantee employment or screen applicants on behalf of employers.
• We provide links or contact details for external applications; hiring decisions are made entirely by employers.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use specific features (like saving jobs), you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current registration data.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials (including passwords, password reset links, and other account access credentials).
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Job Listings and Verification

Our team manually inspects public listings before publishing. However:

• We do not assume liability for the accuracy, content, or availability of vacancies since the details are controlled entirely by the original employers.
• Users should verify corporate credentials independently before submitting sensitive information (such as national ID copies or personal financial data) during the employer's application process.
• Fursa will never ask you to pay money to apply for a job. If you encounter a listing asking for application fees, please report it to us immediately.

5. External Applications

When you apply for a job outside of Fursa, you may be redirected to an employer's portal, email application, or a third-party website. Please note that these external websites have their own terms of service and privacy practices, which Fursa does not control.

6. Prohibited Behavior

When using Fursa, you agree not to:

• Bypass or attempt to bypass security rate limits or session verification.
• Scrape Fursa data using automated crawlers without prior written authorization.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to distribute false job offers.

7. Account Suspension or Restriction

Fursa may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, post false information, or otherwise violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Tanzanian laws, Fursa, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any external job applications.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Fursa following revisions implies acceptance of the new terms.
