Accountant

Requirements & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry
• Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or ERP systems
• Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Good knowledge of Tanzanian tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
