Bayport Financial Services Tanzania is looking for energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused Loan & Insurance Agents to join its growing team. The successful candidates will promote loan and insurance products, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell loan and insurance products to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Conduct client visits and provide professional customer support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
• Deliver professional financial advice while ensuring high customer service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in sales, loans, insurance, or financial services is an added advantage.
