Security Officer

Chem Chem Safari is seeking a motivated, disciplined and experienced Security Officer to support the safety and security of guests, employees, company property and the surrounding conservation area.

The successful candidate should be physically fit, alert and professional, with the ability to work effectively during both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure the safety and security of guests.
• Help ensure the safety and security of employees.
• Protect company property and assets.
• Support the security of the surrounding conservation area.
• Monitor the environment and identify potential security risks.
• Report security incidents promptly and accurately.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
• Maintain a professional and service-oriented approach when interacting with guests and employees.
• Work effectively with other members of the security and operations teams.
• Perform security duties during both day and night shifts as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security role.
• Certificate in Security, Law Enforcement or a related field.
• Basic First Aid training.
• Physically fit and capable of performing security duties.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts.
• Strong observation and awareness skills.
• Good communication and incident-reporting skills.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Professional attitude and commitment to excellent service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
