Darworth Limited is seeking a responsible, organized, and experienced Property Supervisor / Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, security, and administration of its properties.
The successful candidate will ensure properties are properly maintained, tenants are effectively managed, and property-related operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential and/or commercial properties.

Manage tenant relations, complaints, requests, and general enquiries.

Monitor rent collection and follow up on outstanding rental payments.

Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and other services.

Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and common areas.

Ensure properties remain secure, clean, safe, and properly maintained.

Coordinate and supervise contractors, technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and other service providers.

Maintain accurate records of tenants, rental agreements, maintenance activities, payments, and property assets.

Prepare regular property performance and maintenance reports for management.

Monitor utility bills, property expenses, and maintenance costs.

Ensure compliance with relevant property, health, safety, and local authority requirements.

Handle tenant move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and property handovers.

Identify maintenance and operational issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Assist management with budgeting and planning for property maintenance and improvements.

Ensure all property documentation is properly maintained and up to date.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Experience managing tenants, contractors, maintenance teams, and service providers.

Good knowledge of property maintenance and basic facilities management.

Strong administrative, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle tenant complaints and resolve conflicts professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of Tanzanian property and tenancy regulations is an added advantage.
