BDO is seeking a skilled IT Audit Senior to support IT audit activities, information security reviews, system assessments, and technology risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating IT controls, identifying risks, supporting business applications, and ensuring compliance with IT governance standards.
Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and support business applications and IT systems according to business requirements.
Manage software implementation projects, system upgrades, integrations, and deployments.
Provide daily user support and troubleshoot application-related issues.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Develop, update, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and information security controls.
Conduct IT audits to evaluate technology controls, identify risks, assess compliance, and recommend improvements.
Perform reviews of IT General Controls (ITGCs), including: User access management, Change management, System operations, Information security practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, IT Administration, or similar technology roles
Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs)
Knowledge of Application controls
Knowledge of Information security principles
Knowledge of IT governance frameworks
Knowledge of System administration
Knowledge of User support
Knowledge of Enterprise applications
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Strong analytical abilities
Excellent report writing skills
Good communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to identify technology risks and recommend practical solutions
CISA certification or progress toward obtaining CISA certification
