About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our project team in Tanzania. This role involves strong site supervision, leadership, and the ability to work effectively in a remote project environment, supporting electrical installation and construction activities on a large-scale project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation and construction activities on site

• Lead and coordinate electrical personnel to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

• Monitor quality, productivity, and project progress

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company procedures

• Liaise with project teams and contractors as required

Requirements

• Relevant electrical trade qualification or engineering qualification

• Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor role on large-scale construction or mining projects

• Strong leadership skills

• Communication skills

• Ability to work in a remote project environment

• Mining or industrial project experience
