Sales Executive Officer (SFE)

We are seeking for a Sales Executive Officers (SFE) to join its team in the Lake Western Zone, covering Kagera and Geita. The role focuses on promoting and selling life insurance products, acquiring new customers, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell Jubilee Life Insurance products and solutions to individual and corporate clients.
• Identify and prospect potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads.
• Present and clearly explain life insurance products to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide appropriate after-sales service and customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Participate in company training and development programmes.
• Represent Jubilee professionally when interacting with customers and the wider market.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher-level college qualification.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Swahili.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Previous sales experience in insurance or financial services is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Customer-focused and results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
