Creative Marketing Specialist

Kinglion Investment Company Limited is seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to join its team in Dar es Salaam.

The successful candidate will help strengthen the company’s brand and marketing activities by developing creative campaigns, designing engaging visual materials, and producing multimedia content for digital and print platforms. The role is ideal for someone who combines marketing knowledge with strong graphic design and video-editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative marketing concepts and campaigns aligned with the company’s brand objectives.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials for digital and print platforms.
• Design promotional graphics and other branded content.
• Produce and edit engaging videos and multimedia content.
• Support the development of creative content for marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaign execution.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across marketing materials.
• Contribute creative ideas that improve the company’s brand presence and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing or creative role.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Knowledge and practical skills in graphic design.
• Good video-editing skills.
• Ability to create engaging visual and multimedia content.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a marketing team.
• Good understanding of brand consistency and marketing communication.
