Lake Cement Ltd is seeking fresh graduates with a Science or Civil Engineering background to join its Sales Team in Dar es Salaam.

This internship opportunity is designed for motivated graduates who want to build a career in technical sales while supporting the marketing and distribution of Nyati Cement products across Tanzania and regional markets.

Responsibilities

Support the sales and marketing of Nyati Cement products.
Assist with customer engagement and product presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
Conduct market research on competitor products, pricing, and distribution.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer and order records.
Participate in field visits to construction sites and retail outlets.
Provide customers with relevant technical product information.
Support the sales team in achieving sales and distribution objectives.

Requirements

Must be a fresh graduate.
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive and professional attitude.
Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.
Interest in technical products and the construction industry.
Ability to engage professionally with customers, dealers, and distributors.
Willingness to participate in field-based sales activities.
