We are seeking a Sales Coordinator - Pensioner Portfolio to drive the acquisition, activation, and servicing of pensioner customers across assigned regions. The role involves coordinating with branches, sales teams, pension fund offices, government institutions, and employers to identify and onboard pensioners, including customers approaching retirement. The successful candidate will also monitor portfolio performance, resolve service issues, support field initiatives, and help deliver a seamless pensioner banking experience.
Responsibilities

Coordinate pensioner acquisition activities with branches, DSAs, LG teams, and pension fund offices in line with segment targets.

Prepare lead lists and support frontline teams in following up and converting potential pensioner customers.

Monitor onboarding queues and account activation status and follow up on documentation gaps or processing delays.

Maintain pensioner acquisition dashboards and trackers covering performance, conversion, activation, and reactivation.

Coordinate pension clinics, activation campaigns, and other pensioner-focused initiatives.

Manage logistics and prepare materials required by branches and field teams for pensioner activities.

Handle customer and branch escalations by coordinating with Operations, Digital Channels, and other relevant teams.

Track dormant and inactive pensioner accounts and coordinate structured reactivation initiatives.

Provide performance insights, exception reports, and recommendations to support management decision-making.

Develop weekly execution plans for pension fund, government, employer, and community outreach visits.

Maintain daily and weekly dashboards covering pensioner onboarding, conversion, dormancy reactivation, and service performance.

Analyze performance trends, identify process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

Monitor lead conversion, account activation, and service trends to improve productivity and portfolio performance.

Ensure pensioner customers are onboarded to the appropriate products and segments.

Coordinate engagement with pension fund offices, government offices, and employers to support pensioner onboarding and portfolio growth.

Liaise with Branch Managers, DSAs, LG teams, and Scheme Relationship Managers on acquisition priorities and lead follow-up.

Maintain regular communication with pension fund administrators and institutional contacts regarding documentation, verification, schedules, and planned engagements.

Gather structured feedback from branches, sales teams, and pension institutions to identify and resolve process or service issues.

Track action items arising from pension-related engagements and ensure timely follow-up by responsible stakeholders.

Escalate unresolved institutional, operational, or process-related issues to the Senior Manager.
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or field operations.

Experience working with pension funds, public institutions, or senior citizens is an added advantage.
