Only One Travel is seeking a qualified, organized, and results-driven Sales and Operations Specialist to support its travel sales and operational activities in Dar es Salaam.
The role covers the complete client journey, from responding to enquiries and preparing itineraries and quotations to coordinating bookings, suppliers, travel logistics, documentation, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, proposals, itineraries, booking confirmations, invoices, and other travel-related documents.

Follow up with prospective and existing clients to support sales conversions and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate reservations and bookings with hotels, lodges, transport providers, guides, airlines, and other travel suppliers.

Coordinate accommodation, transfers, activities, excursions, domestic travel, and special client requests.

Maintain accurate and updated client files, booking records, payment records, supplier information, and operational documentation.

Support daily sales and operations activities to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Prepare sales reports, operational reports, and booking summaries.

Monitor bookings and coordinate with suppliers to ensure client arrangements are delivered as planned.

Support customer relationship management and lead tracking activities.

Assist in improving sales workflows, booking processes, and customer service procedures.

Provide after-sales support throughout the client journey.

Follow up on client concerns and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel sales and operations.

Strong sales coordination and customer service skills.

Experience in travel operations, itinerary coordination, and booking management.

Experience coordinating with travel suppliers and service providers.

Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in customer relationship management and lead tracking.

Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
