Cluster Sales Manager

Platinum Credit Ltd is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Cluster Sales Manager to oversee sales performance across assigned regions or market clusters. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the Check-off client base, improving market penetration, managing sales teams and using market intelligence to strengthen the company’s competitive position.

Responsibilities

• Develop business marketing plans and sales strategies for assigned Check-off markets.
• Ensure achievement of individual, team and business-unit sales targets.
• Drive expansion of the Check-off client base.
• Develop effective marketing plans in collaboration with the CS Marketing Team.
• Provide operational management and direction to the CS Sales Team.
• Ensure sales processes and procedures are properly followed.
• Develop and implement improved processes where operational gaps exist.
• Lead, motivate and support sales teams to achieve performance targets.
• Analyze sales and operational reports to evaluate performance.
• Identify sales performance gaps and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement interventions to improve sales results.
• Monitor current and future Check-off market trends.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market assessments.
• Use market intelligence to identify opportunities and strengthen Platinum Credit’s market position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related business field.
• MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional sales certification is an added advantage.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage and motivate sales teams.
• Strong market intelligence skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
