Corporate Sales Executive

We are seeking Corporate Sales Executives to join Stakaba in Dar es Salaam.

The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, building strong B2B relationships, presenting company products and solutions, negotiating commercial proposals, and driving sales growth.

The role requires a proactive and target-driven professional with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential corporate clients and new business opportunities.
• Acquire new B2B customers to expand the company's market share.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
• Present and promote company products and solutions to potential corporate customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and service-level agreements.
• Manage prospective clients throughout the sales process.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Identify opportunities for business and revenue growth.
• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
• Contribute to the achievement of company revenue goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, Business Development professional, or similar role.
• Experience in corporate/B2B sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective sales pitches.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
• Proficiency in computer applications and presentation software.
