Customer Service Officer - Lubes & LPG

TotalEnergies is looking for a Customer Service Officer - Lubes & LPG to support customer service operations for the Lubricants and LPG business. The role involves understanding customer needs, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing billing and payments, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders on time.
• Follow up on customer deliveries from the warehouse depot.
• Ensure customer payments are reflected in their accounts on time and maintain zero unreceipted payments.
• Complete billing for all consumption and supplies at consignment stock centres.
• Follow up to ensure strategic customers across all regions are fully supplied and billed.
• Reconcile lubricant stock sheets for all consignment stock centres monthly.
• Follow up on payments for lubricant invoices.
• Participate in the reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Handle debit and credit notes as required.
• Monitor and control pending customer orders in SAP daily.
• Participate in marketing activities aimed at improving sales and profitability.
• Maintain close working relationships with Lubricant Engineers, the Lubricants team at the depot, Finance, and Supply teams.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Previous experience in the petroleum industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Marketing and selling skills.
• Ability to understand customer contracts and commercial terms.
• Ability to follow company procedures.
• Highly proactive and able to work in a time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to provide accurate and timely daily updates.
