About the Role

The Head of Hospitality Department (HOD) will provide strategic and operational leadership for all hospitality activities across ATARA hotels and residences. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring world-class guest experiences, operational excellence, revenue growth, and compliance with premium hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily hospitality operations, including: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage (F&B), Guest services.
Drive occupancy growth and maximise revenue opportunities from: Hotel rooms, Food and beverage services, Spa facilities, Gym operations, Events and other hospitality offerings.
Develop and implement: Quality assurance systems, Service standards, Operational improvement strategies.
Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hospitality teams.

Requirements & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in Hotel management, Resort management, or Hospitality operations

Proven experience in increasing occupancy levels
