Clinical Officer

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania – Eastern and Coastal Diocese (KKKT-DMP) is looking for a Clinical Officer for a Diocese health facility that the Diocese will assign.

Responsibilities

• Receive and examine patients.
• Diagnose diseases and provide treatment according to guidelines.
• Prescribe medicine within the scope of the profession.
• Provide health education and referrals.
• Keep records and ensure patient safety.

Requirements

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Registration and a valid license to practice.
• Experience in health services, diagnosis, treatment, infection prevention and record keeping is an added advantage.
