Evercare Home Nursing is seeking qualified and dedicated nurses to provide exceptional care to patients in a home setting in Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Assess patient health conditions and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Report changes in patient condition to the Head Nurse
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution
- 1 to 3+ years of nursing experience
- Strong nursing and patient-care skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
