Evercare Home Nursing is seeking a qualified HR Officer to support its expanding home-care nursing team in Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and orientation of new staff
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
- Support payroll preparation, leave management and staff attendance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies
- Handle employee relations and support staff welfare matters
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of human resources experience
- Good knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a home-care nursing environment
- Human resources knowledge
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 to 5 years of experience
