Ericsson is looking for a Lead AI Technical Solution Sales Support professional to drive the growth of AI business opportunities across EMEA. The role combines Customer Solution Responsibility (CSR), Business Development Lead, and AI Program Single Point of Contact (SPOC) responsibilities, focusing on customer engagement, solution development, AI portfolio positioning, opportunity conversion, and AI adoption initiatives.
Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop AI opportunities across telecom customers in EMEA.

Lead customer discussions, workshops, and executive engagements.

Lead RFQ and RFP responses, proposal development, solution descriptions, and business cases.

Obtain internal governance approvals for complex AI opportunities.

Build strategic relationships with Customer Unit CTO, CIO, and CDO organizations, Operations and network leadership, and other key stakeholders.

Own end-to-end solution development from initial customer engagement through contract signing.

Translate customer challenges into clear AI use cases and value propositions.

Define high-level architecture, scope, and delivery models with Solution Architects, Service Delivery, and Product/Portfolio teams.

Align commercial, solution, and fulfilment activities.

Ensure smooth handover to delivery and operations teams.

Champion Ericsson’s AI portfolio and promote awareness of AI offerings.

Act as an AI subject matter expert in internal and external forums.

Contribute to AI thought leadership and best practices.

Coordinate AI opportunity funnel reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Drive customer AI adoption programmes, including onboarding, change management, and success metrics.
Requirements

Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, data analytics, or automation solutions within telecommunications.

Several years of experience in telecom/ICT sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting.

Experience engaging C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.

Strong understanding of telecommunications networks and operations, including RAN, Core, Transport, IT/OSS/BSS, CX, and Service Operations.

Strong pre-sales or equivalent experience managing complex business opportunities.

Ability to develop business cases, pricing structures, and value-based proposals.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through complex regional sales cycles.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
