Solution Architect

Ericsson is looking for a Solution Architect with hands-on Communication Services (CS Core and IMS) experience to join its team in Dar es Salaam. This delivery-focused role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Ericsson Communication Services solutions, translating customer requirements and technology opportunities into detailed technical solutions and proposals while contributing to successful and profitable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Undertake product deployment and configuration of Communication Services products.
• Prepare and execute system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests.
• Work with business partners to identify and drive improvements in delivery processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical product delivery issues.
• Maintain and update solution documentation.
• Provide feedback to Research & Development (R&D) teams on potential portfolio enhancements.
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and industry developments.
• Share solution insights and technical knowledge to support customer competence development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience delivering and implementing cloud infrastructure or software virtualization solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CS Core portfolio technologies, including MSC-S, MGW, and CTC.
• Strong knowledge of IMS portfolio technologies, including MTAS, CSCF, SBC, MRF, DNS, and ENUM.
• Knowledge of Cloud and NFVI technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good business acumen with the ability to work effectively across teams and professional networks.
• Ability to innovate, adapt, and respond effectively to change.
• Results-driven approach with strong planning and organizational skills.
