About the Role

Responsibilities

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Selling company technology products and services.
• Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Preparing sales reports, proposals, and related documentation.
• Managing customer engagement and supporting business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the technology/ICT sector.
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven sales performance record.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Hands-on experience with NeST (National e-Procurement System of Tanzania).
