Project Manager – Building ICT Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover of building ICT systems.
• Manage installation and integration of Structured cabling systems, Enterprise networks, CCTV systems, Access control systems, Voice over IP (VoIP) systems, Data centres, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Other related ICT infrastructure.
• Coordinate ICT works with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Supervise ICT installations and ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership to achieve quality, efficiency, and timely project completion.
• Manage Project schedules, Budgets, Risks, Documentation, Stakeholder communication, and Final system handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or Computer Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering or Related field from a recognized university
• Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB)
• Valid ERB Practising Licence
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in ICT system design, Installation, Integration, Testing, Commissioning for commercial and multi-storey building projects
• Expertise in designing and integrating enterprise ICT systems for commercial and high-rise buildings
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Sound knowledge of Enterprise networking, Cybersecurity principles, VoIP systems, CCTV solutions, Access control systems
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams
• Strong understanding of ICT standards, System testing, Commissioning processes, Regulatory compliance
