HRM 365 is seeking a reliable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a Chinese-owned company providing tax, permit, and compliance services in Tanzania.

Responsibilities

Run day-to-day office errands, including visits to government offices and banks
Follow up on tax, permit, and licence applications for clients
Handle calls and emails in clear, professional English
Manage filing and records

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email
