I&M Bank Tanzania is seeking an ICT Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives and ensure ICT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and governance standards.

Responsibilities

Manage ICT projects from planning through implementation and closure
Coordinate project teams, vendors, budgets, risks, and resources
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with project governance requirements, quality standards, and Project Management Office (PMO) standards
Support the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives in line with the bank’s objectives

Requirements

Information and Communication Technology knowledge
ICT project management
Project management certification through PMP or PRINCE2
Core Banking Systems experience
Systems Development Life Cycle knowledge
Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
Leadership skills
Communication skills
Stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving skills
