We are seeking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems and AI-powered solutions. The successful candidate will develop enterprise-grade applications, integrate modern AI capabilities, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and help drive engineering excellence through clean architecture and best development practices.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using NestJS/Node.js (TypeScript) and/or Spring Boot (Java).

Build and integrate REST APIs, AI-powered features, enterprise integrations, and real-time systems.

Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.

Design efficient database structures and optimize application performance.

Collaborate with frontend developers, AI engineers, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and technical discussions.

Analyze feedback from QA teams and users to continuously improve applications.

Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Estimate development tasks and communicate progress effectively.

Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements

Strong experience developing backend applications using NestJS/Node.js (TypeScript) and/or Spring Boot (Java).

Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.

Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend architecture.

Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing, and cloud platforms.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
