We are looking to hire a Matron who is the primary custodian of student welfare, hostel discipline, psychosocial support, and health monitoring within female student accommodation facilities.
Responsibilities
Oversee management, cleanliness, and security of female hostels.
Guide/counsel students.
Enforce rules.
Monitor sick students.
Keep accurate hostel records.
Requirements
Diploma in Social Work, Community Development, Counseling Psychology, Education, Guidance and Counseling, or related Social Sciences.
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in student welfare management, hostel caretaking, or youth mentorship.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the same position.
