We are seeking for a qualified Advocate to provide legal advisory, litigation, and corporate legal services to individual and corporate clients. The successful candidate will represent clients before courts and other legal bodies, prepare legal documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance to individual and corporate clients.

Draft legal documents, contracts, and other legal instruments.

Represent clients before courts, tribunals, commissions, and other legal authorities.

Handle litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters.

Advise management on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and legal requirements.

Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal opinions.

Stay updated on legal developments and emerging regulations.
Requirements

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution.

Admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania.

Valid Practicing Certificate.

Must have been sworn in within the last one (1) year.

Strong legal drafting and litigation skills.
