Direct Sales Agent

We are seeking for energetic and customer-focused Direct Sales Agents to promote its financial products and services, acquire new customers, and build lasting client relationships. The successful candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service across assigned locations in Dar es Salaam.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the bank's products and services.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Prepare and submit daily sales performance reports.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its values.

Requirements

• Form IV Certificate of Secondary Education (CSEE).
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Results-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
• Honest, hardworking, and committed to high ethical standards.
