Business Services (Sales Officer)

We are seeking a Business Services (Sales Officer) to drive software product sales and manage the complete sales cycle at Masika Ventures in Dar es Salaam. The role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating software solutions, achieving sales targets, negotiating commercial terms, and preparing contracts while collaborating with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through closing.
• Achieve monthly sales objectives and targets.
• Identify and qualify customer needs.
• Present appropriate software solutions to prospective customers.
• Conduct effective demonstrations of the company’s software products.
• Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
• Prepare contracts and support successful deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal departments throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong interest and passion for software products.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Highly creative and able to work autonomously.
• Experience writing online content.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Google AdWords experience is an advantage.
