Mkwawa Leaf Tobacco Limited is seeking two Regional Administrative Coordinators to support and coordinate administrative activities within its Agronomy operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate operational records, preparing timely reports, coordinating tobacco deliveries, supporting Agronomy programmes, verifying payment documentation, and supervising field staff.
Responsibilities

Organize and maintain accurate records of all Agronomy operations.

Prepare weekly reports covering Agronomy activities across operational areas.

Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.

Coordinate tobacco deliveries to designated markets.
-
Assist with organizing and recording tobacco deliveries.
-
Verify payment documents and supporting records.
-
Monitor operational timelines and immediately report irregularities to management.
-
Maintain accurate distribution records in accordance with established SOPs.
-
Coordinate Agronomy programmes with the GAP team in line with the strategic plan.
-
Maintain effective communication and feedback between the Agronomy team and relevant stakeholders.

Support, supervise, and provide guidance to field staff.

Perform administrative duties within the division as assigned.

Maintain an efficient and professional working environment.
-
Ensure clients are properly served and the company is professionally represented.

Coordinate implementation of programmes as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a closely related field.

At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience.

Familiarity with administrative practices and procedures.

Previous experience in the tobacco industry is an added advantage.
