Onfon Media Ltd is hiring Call Center Agents to handle customer inquiries, provide support, document interactions, follow up on unresolved issues, and ensure consistent customer service delivery.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services
Assist customers with concerns, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction
Record accurate information into databases and maintain detailed records of interactions
Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved and ensure timely resolution
Follow company scripts and protocols for consistent service delivery

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Call center or customer-support experience
Active listening and verbal communication
Problem-solving
Multitasking and time management
Fluency in English and Kiswahili
