Kiswahili Teachers – Multiple Positions

We are seeking for a qualified and experienced Kiswahili Teachers to join its Dar es Salaam Campus.

The successful candidates will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Kiswahili lessons in line with the Competence Based Curriculum (CBC). They will assess students’ language development, encourage active classroom participation, integrate ICT into teaching, and contribute to the wider school community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Kiswahili language lessons.
• Deliver lessons in accordance with the Competence Based Curriculum (CBC).
• Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate students’ language proficiency and progress.
• Monitor students’ performance and language development.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and learning.
• Support students in developing their written and spoken Kiswahili skills.
• Integrate ICT tools into teaching and learning activities.
• Participate in extra-curricular activities.
• Contribute positively to the school community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
• Strong ability to teach Kiswahili language.
• Proficiency in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
• Fluency in English.
• Good communication and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver engaging lessons.
• Ability and willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities.
