Nursery Teachers – Multiple Positions

Rightway Schools is seeking qualified and experienced Nursery Teachers to join its Dar es Salaam Campus.

The successful candidates will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for young learners while creating a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment. They will also monitor children’s development, communicate with parents and guardians, and integrate ICT and appropriate teaching methods into daily classroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Early Childhood Education curriculum.
• Create a caring, safe, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
• Monitor and assess each child’s learning and developmental progress.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s development and classroom activities.
• Integrate Montessori methodology into teaching activities where appropriate.
• Use ICT tools and technology to support teaching and learning.
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic development.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their children’s progress.

Requirements

• Training in Early Childhood Education.
• Diploma in Education or a higher qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in ICT and ability to integrate technology into teaching.
• Knowledge of Montessori methodology is an added advantage.
• Good communication and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to create a positive and supportive environment for young learners.
