Selcom Microfinance Bank Tanzania is seeking a senior analyst to lead analytics, credit risk modelling, model validation, and data-driven credit risk management activities supporting its digital lending operations.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics activities supporting the bank’s digital lending operations.
Lead credit risk modelling activities.
Lead model validation activities.
Contribute to the development and improvement of credit risk management frameworks.
Support the bank’s digital banking strategy through data-driven credit risk management.
Provide analytical problem-solving and business decision support.

Requirements

Strong data analytics and quantitative risk analysis skills.
Credit risk modelling and model validation skills.
Digital credit scoring and lending analytics experience.
Data-driven credit risk management capabilities.
Analytical problem-solving skills.
Business decision support skills.
Self-motivation, confidence, and strong analytical ability.
