- Coordinate electrical faults with the electrical maintenance team.
- Maintain other site pumps and heavy mobile equipment, including engines, hydraulic systems, drivelines, brakes, and steering.
- Maintain service records, job cards, maintenance schedules, and equipment defect backlogs.
- Identify required spare parts, service kits, and tools and support minimum-stock planning for critical supplies.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and report equipment condition, risks, and expected restoration times.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and skills transfer to mechanics, fitters, and other team members.
- Investigate recurring equipment failures and recommend practical improvements.
- Apply safe work practices, lockout/tagout procedures, equipment isolation, pressure-release procedures, lifting controls, and spill-prevention measures.
