Graduate Quantity Surveyor Intern

Sihotech Engineering Company Limited is seeking a recent graduate to gain practical experience in quantity surveying and construction project management in Dodoma.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site measurements and valuation of construction works
• Support tender preparation and procurement activities
• Assist in monitoring project costs and maintaining cost control
• Support the administration and management of construction contracts
• Assist in preparing financial reports and monitoring project progress
• Support the identification of project risks and ensure compliance with relevant requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Economics
• Knowledge of quantity surveying, measurement, and valuation of construction works
• Understanding of tendering, procurement, and contract administration
• Basic cost monitoring, financial reporting, and progress reporting skills
• Awareness of construction project risks and compliance requirements
