We are seeking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Officers & Collection Officers to support its growing financial services operations. The successful candidates will assist with loan repayment collection, customer due diligence, account follow-up, and customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Review and follow up on customer loan accounts.

Collect loan repayments according to agreed repayment schedules.

Conduct customer due diligence and maintain accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) records.

Deliver professional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

Support front desk and general administrative operations.

Maintain accurate customer and loan records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and lending procedures.

Build positive relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
Requirements

High School Certificate (minimum qualification).

Experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage.

Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

Excellent customer service and time management skills.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team.

Basic computer skills.
