Marketing Officer

Sinoray is seeking a Marketing Officer to support the planning and execution of marketing activities that promote the company’s products and services, strengthen brand awareness, generate sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales, Customer Service and Management teams to deliver marketing campaigns and strengthen customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales-growth initiatives.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors and market trends.
• Promote company products through digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
• Organize promotional events, exhibitions and product activations.
• Prepare marketing reports and evaluate campaign performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support achievement of sales targets.
• Ensure marketing activities follow company policies and brand standards.
• Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing or sales is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of marketing principles and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong creativity and innovative thinking.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
