Closes Sep 1We are looking for an experienced Manager – Advisory & Capital Markets to join its growing team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will lead the origination and execution of corporate advisory and capital markets transactions, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, private placements, and financial restructuring.
The role will also involve developing financial models, advising clients on strategic transactions, identifying new business opportunities, managing due diligence processes, coordinating transaction execution, and developing innovative capital market products.
