Finance Manager

Vipawa Works Inc. Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial guidance, manage financial risks, support investment decisions, and ensure the organization's financial health while delivering accurate and timely financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and analyze financial information to support business decisions.
• Prepare financial reports and lead month-end closing activities.
• Develop monthly financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and operating expenses.
• Review, monitor, and manage departmental and organizational budgets.
• Evaluate financial performance and measure returns on investments.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to support strategic planning.
• Develop strategies to minimize financial risks.
• Support organizational growth through sound financial management and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Finance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and leadership skills.
