Security Officer

STAMIGOLD Company Limited is looking for five (5) Security Officers to join its operations in Biharamulo, Kagera. The successful candidates will help protect company personnel, assets, and facilities by maintaining a safe and secure working environment through patrols, access control, incident response, and adherence to established security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor company premises to prevent theft, vandalism, violence, and unauthorized activities.
• Control access points and verify the identity of visitors, employees, and contractors.
• Conduct routine patrols to maintain safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Prepare daily security reports and document unusual incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company security procedures and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in security operations is an added advantage.
• Good observation and situational awareness skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond effectively during emergencies.
• Good physical fitness and ability to patrol assigned areas.
• Knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
• Basic first aid knowledge is an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discipline.
