Stamigold Biharamulo Mine

STAMIGOLD Company Limited was incorporated on 28th October, 2013. The Company is a subsidiary of the State Mining Corporation (STAMICO), engaging in prospecting, exploration, development, production and processing of gold, it also market gold within foreign markets. Operations Following its incorporation as a government owned company, it currently own and operate STAMIGOLD Biharamulo Mine, the gold mine in Biharamulo District formerly owned and managed by African Barrick Gold. The mine area comprises of two mineralized areas, the Eastern Zone ore body and the Western Zone and Mojamoja ore bodies; run of mine stockpile area, crushing plant, processing plant, fresh water reservoirs, waste water storage facilities and ancillary facilities.
