Internal Auditor

We are seeking for an Internal Auditor responsible for evaluating internal controls, conducting audit activities, identifying risks and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on improving operational effectiveness through audit reviews, reporting findings and monitoring corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits according to established audit procedures.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Assess company operations, processes and procedures to identify potential risks and improvement areas.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks and recommendations.
• Communicate audit results and provide practical recommendations to management.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions from previous audits.
• Follow up on identified issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and working papers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA or CIA certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum three years of experience in auditing or a related field.
• Good understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional integrity.
