Sales Officer

Goodwill Ceramic Limited is seeking a Sales Officer to develop relationships with international clients and promote the company’s ceramic tiles, sanitary ware and related building products.

The successful candidate will support the complete sales process, including identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, providing product samples and technical information, negotiating prices and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Promote ceramic tiles, sanitary ware and other related products.
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations for prospective and existing clients.
• Provide customers with product samples and relevant technical information.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
• Follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to support repeat business.
• Monitor competitors, market developments and industry trends.
• Gather relevant market and customer information to support sales activities.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade events and client meetings.
• Work toward assigned sales and business-development targets.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers and business partners.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience in building materials, ceramics, construction or home-improvement products is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Results-oriented and target-driven attitude.
