Hope Holding is seeking a results-driven Brand Manager to lead the growth, retail operations, sales performance, profitability, inventory management, and customer experience of the Skechers brand across Tanzania.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver sales, revenue, profitability, and overall business growth targets
- Lead and manage all Skechers retail outlets across Tanzania
- Drive commercial performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the business
- Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and merchandise performance across retail outlets
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing retail teams
- Champion the Skechers brand and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Monitor retail performance and use commercial data to support business decisions
- Ensure retail operations contribute to the company’s sales and profitability objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Multi-store retail management experience
- Financial and profit-and-loss management skills
- Sales target achievement and commercial growth expertise
- Retail team leadership and coaching skills
- Inventory and merchandise performance management
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of retail profitability and business performance
