The Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP) is recruiting an Assistant Lecturer to teach, research and provide consultancy in Accounting and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Teach Accounting and Finance courses, including preparing lecture materials and assessments.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work in accounting, finance and related areas.
- Participate in consultancy, outreach and community service activities of the Institute.
- Supervise and mentor students in coursework, projects and field practicals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with a GPA of at least 3.8 (upper second class), plus a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Background in Accounting and Finance or a related discipline.
- Good communication, presentation and analytical skills.
