Procure To Pay Capturer

Kilombero Sugar Company Limited is looking for a Procure To Pay Capturer to capture and record both rapid and purchase order invoices in the Financial Accounting SAP system. This is a permanent position in the Finance department in Morogoro.

Responsibilities

• Record all rapid and purchase order invoices in the register.
• Capture both rapid and purchase order invoices in the SAP system.
• Ensure invoices with queries are resolved by engaging all stakeholders (user department and procurement).
• Produce monthly invoice payments.
• Handle the weekly price variance report and items returned to suppliers, and follow up with credit notes.
• File documents and manage all Procure to Pay section documents.
• Coordinate and ensure supplier reconciliation is done for all assigned suppliers.
• Ensure GRN items are cleared on time.
• Carry out any other relevant duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a finance environment.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Excel and office management.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
