Sales Assistant

Lesso Africa Company Limited is seeking Sales Assistants to support day-to-day sales and showroom activities in Dar es Salaam. The role involves assisting customers, processing sales orders, preparing quotations and invoices, maintaining sales records, and supporting the sales team with customer follow-ups and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and product-related inquiries.
• Process customer sales orders accurately.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Support the sales team with daily sales activities.
• Follow up with customers as required.
• Manage product displays within the showroom.
• Monitor product and stock availability.
• Prepare customer quotations.
• Prepare invoices for customers.
• Provide general sales and customer service support.
